Ready-to-use cream for chocolate and hazelnut flavored filling, resistant to cooking and freezing. Ideal for filling pies, croissants, mignons, biscuits, rolls, cakes, for flavoring creams, cream and for variegating ice creams. Made with high quality ingredients. Without preservatives, without artificial flavors, from the beginning without palm oil. Available with different percentages of hazelnut. On request it is possible to evaluate the production of a cream with an ad hoc percentage of hazelnut.

Varieties available

  • Hazelnut and cocoa spread cream (13% hazelnut)

    Available with Tonda Gentile Trilobata Hazelnut or with 100% Italian Hazelnut.
    Ingredients: Cane sugar, vegetable fats (no palm oil), Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut (13%), low-fat cocoa powder (7%), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin.

  • Hazelnut and Cocoa Spread Cream (20% Hazelnut)

    Available with Tonda Gentile Trilobata Hazelnut or with 100% Italian Hazelnut.
    Ingredients: Cane sugar, Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnut (20%), vegetable fats, no palm oil, low-fat cocoa powder (6%), skimmed milk powder, oil emulsifying olive: soy lecithin.
