  • Step 1
    THE ROASTING

    The selected raw hazelnuts are subjected to roasting and cooking that takes place at high temperatures. The roasting eliminates the residual moisture, intensifying the flavour, giving it the unique flavour that distinguishes the hazelnut. On request we can supply roasts of varying intensity.

  • Step 2
    SORTING OF ROASTED

    After Roasting follows a further product quality verification passing first through a optical sorting machine and then on a special rug for manual sorting. This process eliminates any residual bad fruits, shells and debris.

  • Fase 3
    THE TRANSFORMATION IN GRAIN, FLOUR, PASTE

    Roasted hazelnut produces three other types of products: grain, flour and hazelnut paste. The product is worked “just-in-time” excluding storage and allowing to deliver a product “just transformed and packaged” correlated by certificate of analysis accurate for each lot. The company's production capacity is approximately 1200 kg/hour.
